RETURN POLICY

Our aim is to impede returns. That's why we try to describe our items and size guides as good as possible. In case of insecurity before placing an order just drop us a message.
We as a small design studio do not want to be part of this nowadays buy and send back attitude. We want you to place orders carefully considered.

Products which are not made by measure are basically possible to change.
These products must be returned in unworn, perfect condition with tags.
Due to hygienic reasons earrings are NOT possible to return.

Made by measure or custom orders are NOT possible to change. But we are willing to correct the defects.
You are committed to check your items after receiving them within 5 days. Ascertained defects need to be told us in written form.

The costs for returns (and custom fees for all foreign returns) to us shall be borne by the customer.

As soon as we get your return and everything is fine you can either get a voucher or a refund.
